Xoba allows you to set your default search parameters. If you only want to see results from a couple of your applications and only ones created in the last 7 days, you can set your default search parameters so that every search matches that criteria.
Anytime you change your filter from the current default, a 'Save as Default' button will appear below the search bar.
Once you click that, you'll be asked to confirm the changes.
When you perform your next search, only results that meet your search parameters will appear.
