Search in Xoba is simple. Once you've connected your applications, you can navigate to the home page and perform a search just like in Google. Xoba will return relevant results across all of the applications in a single view.
Note: Only the information you have access too will be returned in the search result. For example, if you don't have access to a specific file in Google Drive, that file will not appear in your Xoba search results.
Xoba allows you to set filters before you perform a search. When you set filters, only results that match the filter and search criteria will be returned.
After search results are returned, you can use the filters to narrow and sort your results as desired. To do so, select the relevant filter and set the filters to the desired inputs. As you make changes, the search results will automatically update based on the filters you've set.
To open a result and view it in the application (e.g. Google Docs), simply hover over the result and click on it. The result will open in a new tab and you can view the result within the app itself and take any necessary action.
If you want to share the link to a search result in an email, chat message, calendar invite, etc., select the 'Copy' icon on the search result. The URL will save to your clipboard and you can paste the link where desired.
If you would like to save a search result to a Xoba Card, select the 'Add to card' icon in the upper right of the search result.
You'll then be prompted to select which Card(s) you would like the result to be added to.
